Is it really true SMS?
Yes. Dealers can send and receive true SMS text messages through any carrier network to any mobile device in the US from their desktop computer. Your CRMs uses STMP, which is an email sent to a mobile device to look like a text message, risking lower chances of deliverability. With true SMS, deliverability rates are 99%.
Does it integrate with our DMS?
No. The technology’s purpose is to bring your dealership a solution for faster two-way communication, which would be slowed down if it had to distribute information to your DMS. We do, however, store all text conversations indefinitely.
