Responsibilities

work to grow our email list organically, while minimizing list decay and unsubscribes
manage and build various email lists and campaigns, including the templates, calls-to-action, and content

collaborate with web and graphic designers to build highly engaging email and landing page templates to effectively carry our messages
identify and send email to prospects in the following stages: segmentation, engagement, selling, upselling/cross-selling, satisfaction, and re-engagement
segment lists further based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.)
sustain and develop the company’s voice across all email messaging

measure results and optimize the nurture tracks for these segments to convert leads to customers

Qualifications

BA/BS or equivalent experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and/or web analytics
analytical and able to derive meaning from data through A/B testing and email optimization
excellent writer and communicator (in both written and verbal form)
bonus skills: HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite

live or willing to relocate to Sarasota, FL
