Dealers United Performance Managers are strong communicators with a passion for learning new & innovative strategies to increase client success.  Our top Performance Managers are experienced digital marketing experts who are excellent listeners that can understand a challenge and provide strategic recommendations to solve that challenge.  You will work closely with our Dealer Partners to understand their challenges and help them accomplish their goals.  You will report to the Director of Customer Experience and work cross-functionally with the Sales, Marketing and Ad Operations Teams to create and aid in revenue growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Be the primary point of contact for Dealers United (DU) customers
  2. Manage all aspects of digital marketing campaigns including setup, execution, review and reporting, for social media, paid search, SEM and SEO
  3. Execute the initial “Kickoff Call”  with clients to review the success plan and establish a cadence of communication 
  4. Work closely with and collaborate with the DU Sales, Marketing and Ad Operations Teams
  5. Establish and measure key performance metrics in line with client goals
  6. Prepare monthly sales and performance reports
  7. Increase the perceived value to the client by constantly bringing new ideas and solving for their pain points
  8. Communicate results and successes to our clients on a regular basis
  9. Establish strong, long-term client relationships and increase company-wide retention
  10. Identify key growth opportunities within accounts to help build and increase our Customers’ Lifetime Value
  11. Ensure internal and delegated tasks are being delivered on-time and as expected by client

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
  2. Strong presentation skills with the ability to demonstrate value to our clients
  3. Automotive Experience with OEM dealers 
  4. Previous Account / Performance Management Experience 
  5. Ability to address client requests and issues in a timely manner
  6. Superb task management skills
  7. Willingness to problem-solve, optimize processes, and make decisions on your own
  8. Understanding of digital advertising solutions and strategies, such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media
  9. Ability to quickly adapt to the ever changing world of digital marketing and advertising
  10. Ability to understand, produce, and communicate reports and metrics
  11. Goal-driven and self-motivated team player with a passion for learning
