Step 1 – Request a Review

In order to get positive reviews, you have to proactively ask for reviews. This simple tool can be bookmarked by your sales, service, and customer service staff to quickly enter a customer’s information. Once the information is entered, the customer will receive a SMS and/or Email asking them for a review.
