2.1. Which manufacturers does this technology work with?
All vehicle manufacturers.
2.2 What if I’m already an Autobytel, KBB, etc. customer?
Why limit yourself to one provider when you can have access to a network of providers?! SmartLeads dedupes leads from multiple providers ensuring you only pay once for a lead.
2.3 Does SmartLeads provide new and used car leads?
Yes. You can choose to include new leads, used leads, or both.
2.4 How are leads scored or prioritized?
We use a series of algorithms such as time, IP matching, geo targeting and other techno mumbo jumbo. The bottom line: you’ll receive higher qualified, prioritized leads — and less junk!

3. Payments, budgets, and returns

3.1 How do I pay for leads?
Simply set your monthly budget, and then sit back and relax. At the beginning of every month, you will have 10 days to reject any leads from the previous month. On the 11th of every month, Dealers United will charge $22 multiplied by the number of leads you have accepted. We will store your credit card on file to eliminate payment hassles and delays.
3.2 Is there a monthly minimum?
No, there is not a monthly minimum, and you only pay for the leads you receive and accept.
3.3 How can I maximize my budget?
You can suppress certain kinds of data including zip codes, make/models, and lead providers. SmartLeads will also be analyzing your dealerships account to ensure you are getting the most from their system.
3.4 How do I return lead?
Simply log in to the Dealer Portal and click the “View Leads” button to see your current list of leads. Then simply click “Request Credit” on the right of the table to reject any lead, no questions asked.
