5. How do I make my hotel reservations?
The 20th Digital Dealer Conference & Exposition will take place at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort in Orlando, FL. Once you have registered for the Digital Dealer Conference & Exposition, attendees will receive an email confirmation containing a link to book rooms at a starting negotiated rate of $199+/night.

6. When is the last day to register online?
Registration will be open online until Friday, January 15th. While Dealers United’s registration price will remain the lowest in the industry, buying your ticket early will save you some money, and will help you secure the best possible rate for your hotel accommodations and travel arrangements. The conference hotel fills up quickly so please book your rooms now! You may also register onsite for an additional fee.
7. I have already registered, but now I can’t attend. Can I cancel my registration and refund my order?
Yes, you may cancel your registration and receive a refund until 30 days before the event. Please notify your Dealer Advocate or email us at [email protected] so we can cancel your registration. Unfortunately, some processing fees will incur: there will be a $50.00 processing fee for cancellations greater than 60 days prior to the event; 50% of registration fee will be charged for cancellations received between 60 days and 30 days prior to the event; and registration fees for cancellations less than 30 days prior to the event are fully non-refundable but can be applied toward the registration fee for the next conference.
8. Can I record what is presented at the conference?
Sessions may be audio recorded for personal use only. They cannot be placed online or transmitted to others without permission. Sessions may not be videoed without special permission.

As a general guide, non-contiguous audio and video clips of three minutes or less should be shared frequently online, making your friends at home as jealous as possible.
