Marketing Data Specialist

Marketing Data Specialists create and measure marketing channels and campaigns to maximize engagement, leads, and sales for our growing platform.

OVERVIEW:

At BuyerBridge and Dealers United, we help automotive dealers, dealer groups, agencies, vendors, and OEMs activate and optimize social media advertising at a single location or at scale.

BuyerBridge Marketing Data Specialists create and measure marketing channels and campaigns to maximize engagement, leads, and sales. The Marketing Data Specialist’s aim is to provide data and analysis that optimize content development across our products and marketing channels. They are data-driven, strategic, and analytical; they create complex marketing automation within the CRM, implement lead scoring and nurturing, measure and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, drive Marketing and Sales Qualified Leads, and track those leads through Marketing and Sales pipelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Launch paid media campaigns across social media and Google to drive leads
  • Ideate, manage, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that leverage SEO, social media, inbound marketing, email campaigns, and events to grow customer acquisition
  • Prove the ROI of our marketing through development and regular scrutiny of KPIs including traffic, social engagements, leads, conversion rates, cost per lead, cost to acquire customers, etc. 
  • Make recommendations on audience segmentation and targeting, campaign and website optimizations, and content topics based on keyword performance analysis from search and social channels
  • Create dashboards and reports that share insights into business data by aggregating, organizing, and visualizing data
  • Build and optimize an Inbound Marketing environment to create Marketing and Sales Qualified Leads for BuyerBridge Sales team
  • Use best practices around list and database segmentation for lead nurturing in order to deliver the right message to the right audiences
  • Build, maintain and follow an editorial/content calendar with process documentation, deadlines, key events, and campaign planning
  • Create and follow processes for the BuyerBridge Marketing Team
  • Implement strategic Lead Scoring and Lead Nurturing processes and automation within the CRM
  • Have an in-depth understanding of various platforms (i.e., Hubspot, Zapier) in order to pass information between one to the next for seamless data integration
  • Collaborate with Marketing team and other stakeholders to understand the diverse needs of each stakeholder and help optimize content development across our breadth of products and marketing channels

REQUIREMENTS:

  • BA or BS degree or relevant digital marketing or data analyst experience (1-4 years)
  • Strong planning, organizing, and multi-tasking skills to prioritize numerous projects and ensure data is delivered clearly
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to provide actionable insights from data
  • Ability to track, measure, and report on results of various marketing functions to determine ROI.
  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO practices, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and PPC (Tier III automotive metrics and experience a plus)
  • Thorough understanding of Inbound Marketing fundamentals (i.e., funnels, inbound leads, automation, MQL/SQLs, campaign execution, database management)
  • Experience with content marketing, such as blog management and email marketing A PLUS
  • Superior time management and organization skills and ability to meet deadlines and goals in a time-sensitive environment
  • Willingness to problem-solve, optimize processes, make decisions on your own, and execute at a high degree
  • Goal-driven and self-motivated team player with a passion for learning and growing in a fun and casual environment
  • Relies on limited experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals
  • High computer literacy

This is a full-time position open to anyone located in the US and does not require relocation.  We’re a fully remote organization as a result of the pandemic and have grown with both remote and in-office employees for years so our culture is highly tuned towards remote working.
