How do Facebook Sales Matchbacks work?
Dealers United’s Facebook Sales Matchbacks use Facebook’s “Offline Conversion” tool to match your sales data to Facebook users who saw your ads.
1.) SEND YOUR SALES REPORT
Export your sales data from your DMS and send to our team to run as a Sales Matchback Report! The more info about your customers you provide, the better match rate you will have to Facebook’s user database.
2.) WE'LL SECURELY UPLOAD TO FACEBOOK
Your customer list will be uploaded to Facebook using a secure process called “hashing.” Hashing turns your list into encrypted “fingerprints” that are matched against Facebook’s user database based on the info you provide.
3.) MATCH YOUR CUSTOMERS TO YOUR ADS
Matched customers are then compared to your current Ad Campaigns. Then, a report is generated back to you of how many people who purchased a vehicle also viewed or clicked your ad on Facebook within 1, 7, and 28 days.
